Pretty much. I've never waited more than 20 minutes for a party for anything. And whenever that does happen I have a backup plan aka something else to do.
Or I go outside and experience real life, that's another option some people just seem to forget.

The fact is, 2.0 is the "something" that they're doing to get people back. The mid updates and umbral events are to keep people still playing invested and to give those paying an upper hand when 2.0 actually hits.
