It's not an ego, I don't give a fig about ego, if it was about ego I'd be shouting for RDM to be top caster all the time with no challengers. The fact of the matter is, you can justifiably deny certain classes (currently casters) from raids which you can't do in any other part of the game because the other parts of the game are not difficult. I have no attitude of 'raiders are better than the rest of the community' I don't have anything against people who just log in, do their daily dungeons, hunts or whatever and are satisfied with that. My attitude is that if you're going to create challenging content, each class should have a justifiable reason to be brought to clear that content at any phase. Any person should be able to play their favorite or main class in said challenging content. Which, technically, you can, but if you don't have a dedicated static of close friends, the only thing to advertise you to pugs is your class, and if there's no advantage to taking your class why should they bother?
