If you want a dmg buff then kill dual cast rez and delete vercure.

Please, tell me why Vercure needs deleted. As it stands, it's nothing more than a RDM's spell in lieu of any damage mitigation like manawall, and most RDM use it purely to have dualcast ready for when a boss returns to the battlefield.
