idd on a closer look LB system also is skewed towards favoring melees, usually melee LB3 is favored over the others because they are niche or very specific use, which is not bad in the case of tanks and healers (though LB1 and 2 for healers could use a better effect) but on the dps is kinda problematic.
Maybe they should rewiork them to make so pure dps use a ST target LB and support aoes? who knows
