There are precisely ZERO companies that have done, or would do, what SE has for this game. Fans of Final Fantasy have Been loyal to the franchise for decades. Even when Square (Enix) released games exclusively in Japan, fans didn’t walk away. It doesn’t matter why people doubt SE and their commitment to the fans, they simply don’t understand. 3 Simple Steps to Solve Your Problem:

1. Find a Free Company with a house. Should be easy enough, there are always FCs looking to recruit, even with houses.
2. Join that FC. Again, should be easy enough.
3. Buy an FC room for 300k.

Subsequently, there may be a couple of other steps, both optional and possibly impossible for you:

I suggest you prolly should read up a bit before posting things like these that makes you look... well, how they made you look.

Each city has up to several wards and subdivisions and EACH of the ward has its own apartment building. And each apartment building has rooms for 500k. You can own only one, yes, but unless your server is super populated, I am sure you can find at least one free apartment in one of 4 districts there are. People here already did the math, so just give it a go.

Or, as already suggested, get a room in FC, if it has house, for 300k.
