So. Started game with family. Had 2 previous accounts. Tried to add sub to the 2 and getting i2501 error trying to pay with credit card (MogStation).

Not getting support response from submitted ticket. Decided to get codes for 4 new licenses (Amazon), created 4 new accounts, added codes, all good (MogStation). Tried to purchase on one of these accounts a minion pet, didn't even get past selecting payment method and got i2501 error again.

Support ticket response finally gets back on the initial request for the 2 older accounts. Suggested a few things. But doesn't apply. I do not use VPN. I did not spam payment. I have no viruses on my device. I am in the right region.

So now am frustrated. Seems like an IP block at this rate since two different accounts got the same i2501 error. No, not logging in any weird way, I have fiber internet with AT&T. Even tried to log in via cell phone (data plan) to try different network connection internet (no joy).

Hoping someone has encountered this before and has either a way to get through support or has a workaround.

What I don't get is how draconian this freaking payment system is. I have done a multitude of MMOs before never had such an issue trying to give the company money to play their game. Why would you block people who's trying to pay you?

(Right. Sorry for the rant. Still hoping someone can help.)
