Housing items not loading in house

Working as intended I'm afraid and thus is not actually a bug at all - it's because SE increased the amount of furnishings you can set inside a house beyond what was considered the previous limit, so if you have more than a certain amount of furnishings set in a house (more than 40), certain furnishings may temporarily disappear from view in order to keep server and system processing within allowable limits, depending on how you move the camera around (as otherwise it could crash the game completely).

It's the price to pay for having the amount of furnishings you can set in houses increased. Apparently reducing the amount of interactive items like food plates and painting frames can also reduce the risk of this happening. This was mentioned in the 4.0 patch notes here.

There is no way around this sadly other than reduce the amount of furnishings in your home.
