    Shared estate settings / tenants - furniture removal should have its own check box

    For shared estate settings, furniture removal should have its own separate check box. Right now, adding/removing/dyeing furniture all share one check box.

    Agreed, I want people to be able to move things slightly to the left but not steal things. Would be great!

    I could definitely see how this would be an issue. Allowing people to move furniture allows people to have some input, but there's less risk. Someone may come in and be a troll, moving everything and messing it all up. But at least they can't do what a lot of people have done with FC chests: take everything and run. Considering how expensive and time consuming furnishing a house can be, this is a pretty big deal.
