Well to be fair, don't the roulettes bring players from the whole data center and not just the players' server now? In any case, it would be nice if the roulette could put higher level players in dungeons closer to their levels more often than others. It's not new players. I'm on Balmung, which has been locked. I remember a day or two ago my FC put together a full party for Leveling roulette. Lowest level in the party was 61, all dungeons unlocked, meaning we were elegible to pull anything but almost all the SB dungeons. We pulled Sastasha. Now, I'm not saying we should have automatically pulled Sirensong...it is a roulette after all...but perhaps there could be a smaller selection pool. Like the highest dungeon everyone qualifies for, and the 9 below it. Or something like that.
The problem is it will do this even with a full premade party, taking the "help first timers" feature out of it. To be fair though, it would be an easy run for the bonus, but after that, a full premade makes the lower queue times of a roulette pointless for grinding over and over, you can just queue for the highest level dungeon your lowest level player can enter and get right in.
In any other situation with a PUG, one of those high level players may have queue'd for it on purpose for some reason.
