[LFM] MC Static LF BRD & DRG/MNK for ultimate prog and beyond

Hi friends, Megalovania Raid static is recruiting! We are currently looking for a melee (MNK/DRG, DRG preferred) and a BRD to work on Unending Coil and future content(s) as well.
We are currently working on (early) Nael phase, so if you are interested on working on UC and are on Nael phase as well.. keep reading! (if you're on twintania and are very very confident in yourself, feel free to ping us still)

Raid Schedule
The mandatory raid days will be Tues-Fri 10pm-1am GMT+8 with the potential of extra days (high chance on a saturday, but might be more days as well) and or 1 hour early start (9pm-1am) especially during early progression.

Still interested? now let's talk about Requirements, we need you to....

• Be punctual (VERY IMPORTANT) if you really cant make it in time ALWAYS GIVE EARLY NOTICE on discord.
• Get Discord. We use discord for ingame and out of game communication
• Be communicative. You don't have to be talkative all the time on discord, but we do need you to be able to communicate for fight mechanics adjustment etc on the fly. (ie: swift is down, less tank cooldown than normal etc.)
• Be hungry (lol) for improvement! keep thinking on what you can improve for the next raid day. We understand that some people learn slower (or faster) than others so as long as we keep improving even by just a small margin everytime, that is acceptable.
• Be a team player. Be it by passing for loot distribution (We'll have it setup for progression), studying an alternative opener, learning new jobs etc.
• Able to take and give criticism without getting personal about it (pls. we just want to play geims and git gud. not have drama)
