I've never had such glitches even at the locations you've shown us. It's probably your computer acting up. I have a Geforce GTX 460 and when my character move down slopes, it bounces up and down as if the terrain was jagged (this is a problem commonly found for Geforce GTX 460 users). Your problem might be similar, caused by your own computer, not the devs' fault.
