The black holes are so ridiculously random compared to anything Neo Exdeath throws at you that it's kind of foolish to judge how good/bad a group is based on how well they can handle them, but people do it terribly often.

You can bait where you want the black holes based on where you're standing when it's being casted. And regardless, there's no combination of "too random" that can't easily be dodged.
