SCH doesn't need a buff and Dissapation is fine after the recent Summon buff.

I haven't been shy in expressing my overall dissatisfaction with Dissipation since it was introduced, but I have to admit that recent changes have indeed made it far more useful and less punishing.

My big remaining gripe is that Dissipation continues to clash with the faerie gauge mechanic, and it would feel much better if you could store gauge from the additional Aetherflow spenders while the faerie was away.
