    Haven for a struggling server

    Gilgamesh is experiencing 'the rapture' courtesy of 'congestion'. <RAWR> is sick of seeing good FC's fall good FC members getting churned up in this fallout. <RAWR> is under new management and we would like to become a haven for crippling FC's due to the recent 'rapture'.

    -- This is not an open 'recruit as many as possible' kind of thing we are and will always be a QUALITY over QUANTITY FC. We are simply offering a haven/home for FC's in decline and having too little people online to do anything / FC's that are considering closing up shop. --
