    This is getting ridiculous.
    As a costumer I feel completely screwed being unable to play while my paid time is going away.
    If this continue I will stop playing the game entirely. A compensation should be in order or else I'll feel completely unprotected by this company.

    The DDOS isn't their fault, alright, but the issue on RECONNECTION IS.

    Right now I am unable to login AT ALL. I just get disconnected then when the loading screen ends I get disconnected again. This will go on for at least 1 hour. This is happening EVERY DAY.
    I can't stand this anymore.

    This happens like 9 out of 10 times I get disconnected during this DDOS. Must be some kind of protection against the DDOS but this is affecting me!

    This IS Square Enix fault! Why doesn't these issues happen with WoW nowadays? It's a game that's way more mainstream and I NEVER, I repeat, I NEVER saw anything like this happening with the game in the 10 years I played it.
    Also, whenever connection problems happened, it didn't matter if it was Blizzard's fault or not. they ALWAYS gave time compensation to it's players. That's because they put the customer in the first place, always.

    I'm really getting fed up with the way Square Enix is treating me as a customer. The support is terrible, and now those connection problems that are unsolved for days and with no compensation in the horizon at all and everything is fine? Give me a break.

    I've been unable to login for 15 minutes now. After the loading screen ends I get this error and DCed again. This has been happening for A WEEK!. It is not my ISP problem. I can play other online games JUST FINE.
