Lucky for you when you have a problem you pretend it doesn't exist and hope it magically fixes itself. I have literally only been super mad at a company once and escalated it. I actually asked for a written apology, not money. Guess what companies would much rather give you money. Also most compensation does not equal what is lost.

    Next when I go to a store I don't write the policy for customer satisfaction. And checking the website of the grocery chain I mentioned it just mentions free next visit. But as it must be easier to process as a gift card that's what they hand out.

    People asking for money and people defending SE all need to admit one thing. This company runs on sub standard customer service all around period zero debate. Live with it, they have been listed as poor since playstation one days. It isn't going to change at this point. Unless you plan to tank scores like BR/RUS did or escalate social media shaming all this is pointless.
