Request: Remove the light party requirement from FC workshop projects

Exploiting free trials and multiboxing is no solution. It's just bad design and typical dev/Yoshida stubbornness in refusing to do anything about it.
There are multiple threads in the subforums with specifics about how SE might do that.

Bourne never really said it was a solution; just something one could do until this is addressed. A bandaid, if you will.

Simply being able to select the number you "submit" into the machine would make the process much nicer.

It's kind of silly we have to submit them in batches of 3 or whatever. Just let us submit X number at a time instead of "3"..

LOL this was acknowledged 2.5 years ago by an official CSR, and absolutely nothing has been done. SE is fully aware that it sucks and is unwilling to take any action whatsoever.

I'm not trying to dishearten you, but the chances of this being addressed in the next 2-3 years is basically zero.

As A one-man-FC myself,I agree with everyone else.
And also as omni-crafter I don’t like to ask others for help.
Luckily,right now I’m in multiple Hunt LS.
All I have to do is ask in LSs and then more than 5 crafters are willing to help.

Making it more interactive in theory would help justify having a full party, but it the end it will likely just annoy people after the novelty wears off. The trouble with the Light Party requirement is that for whatever reason, if a small or solo FC can't get 3 other people to help them out within a reasonable time, they get frustrated and it becomes a waste of their time. It begins to feel like a unfair layer of frustration penalizing smaller FCs over larger size FCs. Thus, this system actually encourages people to just migrate towards medium-to-large FCs to not deal with the hassle of the airship restrictions rather than try to start or manage their own FC. Small FCs should be able to thrive and not be penalized for their lack of numbers. I'm more conflicted about solo FCs, but I get why some people opt for them so if they're putting in the time and effort to do everything themselves, go for it. So yea, maybe a scaling requirement based on FC size? Like 1 person if your'e in an FC of X amount of people or less, 2 if you're in an FC of Y people or less, and so on until if you're in an FC of Z or more, you need 4 people.

I help run a medium sized FC, and that it's hard to get people to come to the FC shop because either people don't have any crafters unlocked since they don't like crafting or they are on at different times. It becomes a bit annoying. To create our Shirogane Castle I managed to actually get 2 FC members (a rare occurrence), but I still had to seek outside help. Just one other person would be an amazing change. FC Projects are hardly a group effort when all they do is stand there in the zone waiting for it to be done.

Sounds like they need to rethink this where all four people are actively working.
