[Request] Make HNM weapons worth it!

I personally find this very annoying. These weapons should be the best in the game(with materia applied).

This should only apply to crafted HNM items. Regular NM drops are fine the way they are. Regular U/U are more powerful than non-materia armour and that the way it should be. But Weapons and Armour that requires a re rare drop to be crafted should be the best in the game.
