[Request] Make HNM weapons worth it!

Which doesn't really change the fact it's far harder to craft an Aeolian Scimtar (requires rare drop from a single, very strong monster) than a cobalt Winglet (requires regular materials). Given they are the same level, the Scmitar really should be considerably stronger

I said that it should be better because it's for the same level. I was just pointing out the reason why it probably isn't as good. Not saying it's right, just saying why.
