    Nothing in life is that simple. You believe it's alright to charge any price as long as it's not more than what you paid. I believe that's wrong and the system needs to be fixed to stop it.

    The rest of that original post, just fine. Cap the price at the full cost of the plot and allow direct sales, I can get behind that.

    Charging an extra 200mil because that's what you paid the last guy? Not okay.

    Look, I gave up on trying to find perfect solutions a long, long, LONG time ago.The only way to make sure everyone has a large is to only have large houses. No smalls, no mediums. I kinda like the fact that not everything is cookie-cutter here.

    They could just scrap the wards and give everyone their own instanced plot of their choosing, maybe a plot that you can upgrade in size. That's.. also not viable though. It's just too much work to do from the ground up, and I think only NA servers have the issues we have.

    When I open this thread, I was expecting like sending them bunch of poisoned cupcakes.
    The resale window and convert option is nice, but I don't see how any form of gifting would not be abused by the flippers.

    I have better idea: gives us actual system to sell houses to other players and recognize "those evil flippers" as any other trader. Price is dictated by market, it's high because people are ready to pay it. Plot prices set by SE are a joke.
    I'd gladly buy large house from someone if I had 100% guarantee it's safe. There is nothing else to do with gil anyway.

    I'm not saying you're wrong but I see problems with say someone sell a Large in Shirogane for 500M-1000M (seen it happen) and it be placed on MB (imagine the taxes damn) we havnt really solved anything , we just moved the transactions and made it "safer" but the issue remains.
