    Callback Campaign question

I got 3 friends who I want to send the callback campaign email to but to my understanding the only way to do that is for them to be on my friends list. Being that they stopped playing ages ago i deleted them from my friends list. Herein lies the problem.

-I can't send them the Callback email if they're not on my friends list.
-I can't add them to my friends list unless they are online.
-If they're online then they have already re-subscribed.
-If they're subscribed none of us get the callback campaign rewards.

Does anybody know how I'd go about this? I already shot a support ticket out and they basically described the above process as the proper way of doing things for the campaign. It makes no sense to me.

If you've already removed them from friends, you cannot do the callback campaign. It sucks, but it is what it is. There's no way around it I'm afraid.

As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

Sorry, in order to get the callback goodies, you need to have them on your friends list. That is the only way. Careful with deleting your friends from your list in the future.

I do wish there was like a way to send them an email like how you can give a recruit a friend code, though. Maybe they could implement that.
