Cobalt Halberds(or Halberds in general)

I am a Duskwight Elezen, currently using a Cobalt Halberd, this is the first Halberd I've used as a Lancer, but it would seem my Elezen doesn't know how to properly use this weapon!
When Attacking and using skills he seems to prefer the hook side of the weapon(which should be used to dismount horseback opponents), instead of the Axe-head edge which is the ideal side for slashing and what-not

Miqs aldo hold it wrong, with the blade up instead of down. Seems like the model is flipped right now.

Lalas hold it wrong. the stabby end goes in front of you, not over your right shoulder.
