What would you like to see/have for Relics in SB?

For me I would probably like a Relic Armor to be added, not just relic weapons.

If the Relic Armors do happen, would also like for them to have their unique abilities for certain jobs (I.E. Ninja relic gear increase evasion by a certain %; bonus if whole set is equipped) Prolly won't happen, but still would love to see it imo.

I would love to see class/race bonus or something that can really set them apart from all other weapons. I love the idea of them having a type of form that is alive, perhaps at some point being to be used as support weapons that can be used also as a form of back up. Like living familiars that may also cast / attack.

We most likely will, since it is usually a Samurai Weapon in the FF series. My guess it might be as long as Sephiroth's.

That'd be a bit much imo lol but more than anything it is a staple katana in the series and no katana I'd rather glamour over it

I just hope Square Enix doesn't make it ugly...

Well the anima 210 step required materials that were only obtainable in diadem at the time during its release, pretty much a given one of the steps is going to have Eureka involved in some way. Just hope its not as awful as diadem was for people that don't like crafting or gathering.

I don't remember anything being only obtained through Diadem, and I did my DRG relic as soon as it was available to do.

A BLM staff that is actually decent. Some of the leveling gear staves outrank the artifact ones. Preferably one with a crystal at the top, or an orb. Not gaudy, plastic looking, tacky crap and nothing as basic as the Kaladanda Lux. I main a BLM and it's always a struggle to find a nicely designed staff, when IMO they should be amongst the easier weapons to design for in the game due to the simplicity of their shape and the wealth of inspiration to draw on for them.

I am hoping whatever the RDM weapon is, it is very good. That'll be my alternative if the BLM one isn't good. SMN weapon tends to be more glow than weapon so not getting my hopes up for it. An asian papyrus style book would be cool, though. The ones I really loved in the past expansion were the AST, DRK, PLD and WAR weapons. The SMN one was not bad providing you don't mind the fact that the glow compensates for its tiny size.
