Allow Oceania players to buy FFXIV merchandise

I'm guessing this has been said many times before... and apologies if there is an official means of doing this (and not through 3rd party eg. Amazon etc. ) ....

Why not let players from Oceania buy FFXIV merchandise ?

Specifically books, CDs, plushies etc ?
Any time I try to log on to SE EU (which I've been told does deliver to Australia/NZ) I'm automatically redirected to SE AU, which only sells software.
Why wouldn't SE want to take our money ?
It just seems crazy to me to exclude customers from certain parts of the world.
Whats the point of advertising things like Eorzean Symphony pre-orders in the FFXIV game launcher if we're excluded from buying it ?

I feel your pain. I had to resort to asking friends in the US to buy stuff for me and send it to AU.

I'm guessing it's because of Australia's high import tarrifs and customs taxes that make it far too costly for SE to bother with - not to mention things like books and soundtracks have to be screened by the Classification Board as well before they're allowed into the country. So blame Australia's federal government for that (I'm Australian too and I'm frustrated by it as well so I know how you feel).
