Incentives for healers

It's not uncommon for me (as a healer main) to load into a 72man match where I am the only healer in the entire alliance. With the new PVP changes, there's not much I can do now as I did before the patch, where I could heal 2 parties at one go on my scholar.

I would love for SE to introduce mounts for healer wins - in a similar light to tanks getting mounts - since everyone wants the kill titles, no one wants to run as a healer. This could improve that.

A large Eos fairy for healing as a scholar. A carpet for a white mage. A star constellation for an astrologian as some form of preliminary ideas.

Gear wise could be a nurses/doctors' outfit - either surgical scrubs with the face mask and all, or the professional white coat, etc.

Some tiered rewards would really help inject life into PVP. Thank you!

I could get behind incentives for healers. Something like this:

Achievements:
Frontlines Savior I - Heal a single player for 8000 hp within 10 seconds. Do this 10 times.
Frontlines Savior II - Do the above 100 times.
Frontlines Savior III - Do the above 300 times. Reward: Mount
Frontlines Savior IV - Do the above 1000 times. Reward: Title

But maybe with numbers that more closely resemble the time commitment for The Hand of Mercy title?

An achievement like this only works if they are able to not count over-healing, which should be doable (I don't think end-of-match healing removes overhealing).

I'm not so sure about mounts, but I'd agree healers deserve an equivalent "Hand of Mercy"-like title. I certainly wouldn't have achieved HoM without some of the career healers out there.
