Dream mount

What would it take to have a flying bicycle mount with a basket on it, with a moogle in the basket, á la E.T. The extraterrestrial?

I already have the mount I always wanted: The ADS.

However, I'm in favor of a normal falcon, as said in that thread, I vote YES on the Cloud bike, WTB jetpack (BECAUSE WHY NOT), and I recall Yoshi P mentioning ideas for a flying umbrella, which he then specifically said in English, "Mary Poppins". What happened to that?
