Request: Add the animations for -all- beast tribe emotes and mounts.

With the Kojin /ritualprayer emote, the animation is gorgeous but I wondered why they never added the epic fire from Sundrop dance or the music notes from the Moogle Dance or Moonlift Dance.


Also with the Striped Ray mount, it has its "inhale" action used in the quests like the Cloud Mallow mount has "seed", Goobue has "sneeze", Cavalry Drake has its "Fiery breath" but the Wyvern mount and Sanuwa do not have their quest actions.

I know SE has retroactively added animations in the past so I'm requesting it !

I think the problem with those specific two mounts is that they require a target and that's too easily exploitable, shall we say. And if they'd have to change it, that's kind of really down at the bottom of the development priority list, I should think.

I'm not disagreeing with you or anything, I just wanna know why you think it'd be exploitable? It's been awhile since I've done previous beast tribes, but I think most of them required a target? I could be wrong though.

Exploitable in way of harassment depending on what they let you target.
As for the mounts, say, the Goobbue I don't think required a target originally and either way both it and the drake are point blank aoes. The Cloud Mallow is, too. Meanwhile the Sanuwa and Wyvern are ranged actions.

My only problem with the /ritualprayer emote is that I wish the flames would dissipate after a while (like the notes in /songbird), or there would at least be an option to toggle them off. If they add animations to the older emotes, I would like it if they weren't persistent.
But I agree, the mounts should get their quest actions.
(They should also add Orchestrion scrolls for tribe themes that don't have them yet - *coughcoughSahagincough*. It'd be nice to get scrolls for the unfriendly tribe themes too.)

The Wyv, Cloud, Sanuwa and Kongomatto mount abilities use/require a target in the quests only, the same way that the Striped Ray does and yet the Striped Ray has its ability now as a player mount and it nolonger requires targeting to execute the ability. What I mean is that they have retroactively added abilities to mounts in the past and the targeting thing is not normally carried over to the player version mounts if you don't include the Magitek Canon as a "targeting" ability.

As for retroactive modifications, the Goobue did not originally have its ability on the player version but they added it later.

Of course it requires resources much like anything they add to the game that is not game breaking or required or a priority over fixes we need to game breaking issues and serious problems that need to be addressed, its just a nice thing to have....and I always like it when we can have nice things!

I love that the shiny ritual prayer glow is persistent and wish that the music notes were also persistent especially for rp performing and hope for BRD they sustain whatever animations are added.

I agree they should give us a toggle for this like they do with Bahamut Egi or DRK's red shinys but I prefer the unique occurrence of an emote's animation being constant and it was great when it did not stop like the music notes.

Yes vote for the unfriendly tribe music and adding music rolls for the tribes we have not yet. I prefer the unfriendly Gnath tribe area's music and was looking for it in game.
