Any plans to address severe server issues?

Yeah, no. That's not how the Internet works. If that really was the true cause, those people wouldn't have been able to connect at all and the issue was resolved for com cast users within 90 minutes. I, at no point lost internet and it was only happening inside instances on only 1 game.
I have multiple credible sources of friends who have experience with these types of issues. I hate to break it to you but there are more signs pointing towards seever issues than ISP issues.

So you are point A. The server is point B. The other stuff you use the internet for is point C. You rother stuff does not have to travel through point B to reach point C. Therefore, there can be ISP issues for certain services, but not others. The internet does not have on and off.
Edit: its not worth arguing anymore. When the ISP's themselves, and other credible sources are point out the issues, and you refuse to accept it, then thats you.
