Already did, and none of the issues are on my end, if it was it would be more consistent than it has been and given that prior to yesterday I never have connection and latency issues. I'm not buying that it's not server related, sorry.
Do you blame your destination when the highway is backed up, even if you can get to the gas station right next to your current location without any trouble?
If it was the servers, no one would be playing. How is this difficult to understand? And I'm sorry, but "I can go to websites and stream netflix" is not valid "my internet is fine" troubleshooting technique. Also. Prior to yesterday, Comcast and Level3 were not having problems. This is a confirmed fact, they are the cause of the issues.
