To add to Risver, you shouldn't be too disheartened by your logs if you're playing optimally yourself. Unfortunately we're the only role that need to fix other people's mistakes and that can often come at a huge cost to our own output. Try to push yourself the best you can, but sometimes getting those high numbers is simply not an option if our group doesn't allow it.

The only thing you do have control over is how you play with your co-healer. Some people still take the MH/OH route, but with each healer having such potent CDs it's simply not an optimal way of playing. Don't get stuck in a group where your co-healer wants to DPS 99% of the time and leave you doing all the healing.

And finally, this one may be a little controversial, but just enjoy Ultimate and see it as a way to improve overall rather than going for the clear. For the majority of us, myself included, I can't actually see myself completing this fight as it's pretty hellish. However I have noticed that it has made o4s a breeze, and I'm sure will equip us very, very well to deal with the next raid tier. If you go in purely for the sake of progression and clearing it, you may get frustrated very fast.
