Why is the Amatsu set still not dyeable?

Lots of people requested it... would be worth going through the story again (especially those of us who did it the first time) just to get the dyeable version. I understand that you're trying to attract new players, but how about throwing us vets a bone every now and then?

Well, I feel that maybe it will become dyable in an update that gives the seasonal event. It is just one item set and it would make more sense to either apply the dying ability in a big update, or when the seasonal event comes again.

It's just the exact same event as it was in 2015 so it's the same items (even the quest name is the same so I assume those of us who already did won't be able to do it again (not sure why we'd want a second set of gear anyway).

Although I don't know exactly how they have to do it, I suspect making an item dyeable takes a lot of work as they have to test each item and colour certain parts with every single dye that we have (just over 120 now?).

It's a lot easier for SE to just roll out a previous event (with previous items), than essentially make what would be need to be new items (they have the basic model of the items, but need to still do all the recolouring).

Of course I'd like dyeable versions too, but that just seems unlikely I'm afraid.

Its pretty common that the same events run over and over in games, sadly i've expected something else from SE.

Just create 10 threads each months demanding it to be dyeable. It worked with the Lightning gearset.

ff11 music is copyrighted to the composer. who in ff11 was nobuo uemastu (sp) its a big reason why ff14 1.0 >2.0 music was remade so ppl can upload youtube videos.

And yet "Recollection" does play in the last cutscene of the event. We can't have at least that?
