Please make Adloquium auto-crit outside of combat

It’s a pain when everyone’s standing around at the start of the boss waiting for a crit adlo. I always find myself thinking why can’t this just be 100% crit out of combat?

It wouldn’t break any balance, would just be a QoL change like how stoneskin 2 was implemented so WHMs didn’t have to spam stoneskin at the start of a fight.

There's so little benefit from fishing for a crit adlo for the pull currently that it's barely worth the time taken to do so. It'll take the sting out of that opening Almagest on O4S but outside of that, I can't think of anything else where it'll actually have an impact?

Whilst I do appreciate where you're coming from, I really can't see that happening as it's just got too much potential to cause issues down the line.

You want to have a guaranteed 40-50k HP shield on your party for every pull? Seriously?

They probably won't do that solely based on the fact that they don't want scholars to be shielding the tank for 20k+ between pulls in 4 mans. Would trivialize AOE mechanics for 30~ seconds into raid fights as well.

Yeah having a guaranteed critical Galvanize barrier could be fairly OP even if it was done before a battle. And just think you could even waste CDs like Largesse to make it even stronger, follow up with Deployment Tactics and expect that to do all the work for 30ish secs.

That would make sch very broken and unbalanced. And that would cause players that play healing classes to demand the same thing on their abilities that grant a shield. If you want a bigger shield put lots of crit materia in your gear. Simple as that.

This would be more consistent, since a number of existing procs can't, well, proc outside of combat.

guaranteed prepull crits would, as others mentioned, be pretty broken for dungeons at the very least.
