What features from other games would you enjoy in FFXIV?

So a bunch of Excel bean-counters can turn that into an endgamer s#!tshow? No thanks.

I want subclasses or specs that could even change job archetype. Like tanking dodge monk, DPS drk, healer pld and even healer machinist (I loved mercenary in swtor)

That would bring more playstyles and variety to the jobs.
