    I would always aim to try and get the HQ version first. I made my set the other day with near minimum stats something like 1340/1260/500something with food. Used the MaMa rotation which takes forever but near guarantees HQ with some HQ mats. I would aim to HQ the old mats and then just use NQ oil/fiber.
