Why does it cost 45 CP and a Delineation for a 7-step Good Condition rate increase? Make it free and it might be viable.

I don't mind the delineation for HoCF (Heart of Crafter), but that being said, a 0-CP cost would be far far too effective, especially when piled on with Quality Assurance, It's pretty much guaranteed to get 2 Good conditions. 25 CP would be understandable, but 0-cost.. (Stock piled with Whistle, it gets real interesting...)

I dunno, a guaranteed 2 Goods would actually be nice as a counter to RNG potentially giving you 1 or 2 at most an entire synthesis session. Either way I just think 45 CP is too much.I don't mind the delineation for HoCF (Heart of Crafter), but that being said, a 0-CP cost would be far far too effective, especially when piled on with Quality Assurance, It's pretty much guaranteed to get 2 Good conditions. 25 CP would be understandable, but 0-cost.. Seeing as the entire point of the Specialist system is to give crafters who aren't omnicrafters a boost to help them accomplish endgame crafts while lacking all but necessary cross-class skills, a 0-CP cost Heart of the [Crafter] would not be anywhere near too powerful. Power creep for omnicrafters shouldn't really be a concern, since those two Goods will usually do next to nothing for us since we can't control precisely when they happen.
