General notes

These macros have a purpose & depending on that purpose will depend on its usefulness.

• Low stat macros – The lowest stat requirement macro.
• No food macros – The lowest stat requirement macro that doesn’t require food/medicine.
• Fast Macros – The quickest macro possible (Time/steps)

Chances are you won't be melding as insane as this. This post can give you a good idea on how you want to meld.
e.g. I want to be able to craft 2* stuff without food on my non-specialist crafters.

You can simply find the Non-specialist Lvl70/2* No food macro & look at the stat requirements. Then use ariyala to meld to those stats.

Meld Most Expensive > Least expensive (For me that's generally Control > CP > Craftsmanship)

I'm currently getting mats together to craft the NQ specialist crafting gear in order to reach these stats to even consider using these macros for HQ crafting gear. Is that the normal procedure? My stats are (before food/tea) crafting-1302 control-1188 cp- 420. I've overmelded quite a bit to get there...

I would always aim to try and get the HQ version first. I made my set the other day with near minimum stats something like 1340/1260/500something with food. Used the MaMa rotation which takes forever but near guarantees HQ with some HQ mats. I would aim to HQ the old mats and then just use NQ oil/fiber.

your Non-Specialist 'Level 70/2* macro: Lowest stat requirement' uses Speciality:Reflect, therefore it is not a Non-Specialist macro.
Shame as I was hoping to use it on my carpenter.
