Sazh's guns are actually the PGL/MNK weapon already - the barrels of the guns are bolted to a strange framework without the handles (the distinctive pipe like vents on each side are the giveaway), and it even makes a gun like effect when a PGL/MNK punches with them. Mog's Staff is also already used as the THM/BLM weapon (it's a single handed staff) so again, that won't happen.

There won't be new FFXIII weapons for new Jobs added either as the last time the FFXIII event ran no new weapon was included for the then newest released class and Job (ROG/NIN), and, as SE consider FFXIII 'finished' and the event's gear is for sale on the Mogstation, it's clear the FFXIII event will not be coming back again I'm sorry to say.
