    More retainers than needed. Can I get Crysta back for cutting number?

    I had to renew my subscription just a few minutes ago. I made a mistake a bought 4 additional retainers when I just needed 3. Is it possible for me have my retainer number go back to 3 and get back the of the crysta I spent on the additional 1?

    I don't think that's an option, no. I think you can just turn down the service of the 4th retainer so the fee doesn't renew next month, but you won't be getting Crysta back.

    Odds are you're not going to get a refund...whether it be crysta....or money.
    This is the case for 99.9999% of services in the world today.
