Well they better have many instances of Kugane up and running because that instance will be full and no one will be able to get in after that.

I think they are releasing wards for each of the districts this time, not just Shirogane. But I do agree that Kugane will likely need to be instanced since I feel like the majority of players will want to purchase homes there.

I wouldn't mind upgrading my FC house from a medium to a large, but I have no intention of leaving Lavender Beds, so maybe there will be less competition. :3

I'm guessing the new wards will be released sometime after the servers have already been up. So that way everyone has a chance to be logged in and at the aetheryte.

I guess that is better than seeing people get houses because they can log in through the queue faster.

I don't think it'll be good for the markets personally. Yes full time undercutting and lower prices for sure in my view. I don't see how that can't be a result of giving people access to the markets 24/7. If you don't have low price you generally don't sell much. Better make your money before 4.2, lol.

Only thing is that many might just not want to be bothered with it on their phone or spend the access fee but that would surprise me if hardcore gatherers and crafters won't be all over it.

Even as a casual one, I'd be all over it. And given I use my phone 24/7 and am getting a new phone in the fairly near future with much better RAM so I can multitask better (plus using Go+ so I can keep my steps and stuff going in-game), expect me to spend more time on that than in the Pokémon Go app (in the foreground). I'd be checking it practically every waking minute.

Its Not PS3 Limitations its Server Limitations PS3 is gone adding more Character Options would crash the Server most likely thats why certain things are not Implemented i would rather have more Inventory space then more options to my Character.

He never said everyone would be able to point-blank get a house, he said they were going to add a system where everyone can have a chance at obtaining a house fair-and-square.

We're currently working in adding more wards and a system where everyone can obtain a new house fair and square for Patch 4.2.
Therefore for now we don't have plans to develop a large scale apartments right now but once we get the current task done, we'd like to move forward and see what we can do with it.
