To me, it just feels like Tonberry is crammed with old ffxiv players who already are already Billionaires and are thrashing the market because they don't need to make anymore gil.

It just sucks for people who just joined the game and try to make gil out of it. But undercutting prices like this is really inconsiderate.

Tonberry Market = China Market, everything cheap cheap.

I like to think of it in this way. Older players are often self sufficient players. We know the market, we know what you need to do to make stuff and we just make it for ourselves/our friends/our FCs. Even more so when most of the population is very group focused (which rubs off on you).

Why buy when you can create for nearly free?

Yea it was a big bummer to watch it drive down as bad as it did, by time I put my extra up I was chasing against someone cutting by 1m went from 20 to 12 real fast. By that time I picked plan B.

there is no rmt spam on jp servers. No tell, NN, Shout spam.

Even GM found this odd. bots exist, but its looked down on to buy money.

There was constant RMT on Tiamat until about a month ago. Every single time you'd go to Limsa there would be RMT bots spamming site links in local.

is that a jp server? im only going by what a gm said last year. He/she was weirded out that NA servers had rmt spam jp servers didn't. was on tonberry for a while from 2.4-3.4. never saw 1 rmt spam

Boy am I lucky for managing to sell my 2 chairs for 20m total.

Honestly, with how easy of a crossbreed the chair needs I'd be surprised if they stayed higher than 750k-1m in the upcoming weeks.
