Hello, my apologies for yet another topic, but I just wanted to update and felt that a new topic would be best since I cover something unrelated to my previous two topics. So to sum up a long and boring babble fest, by continuing to force myself to play Summoner, I've rekindled my love for it and will be going back to maining it (once I finish farming LoTA for the Crimson Chest with Rdm, curse you chest). After much playing and thinking and fiddling with hot bars, I figured out the root of my problem and while I can't fix it, I am able to accept it.

The problem I figured out I was having is the Job's button bloat. Now I don't mean there are too many attacks, actually the "rotation" of Smn is super easy to me, just as easy as Rdm has been so far. No, what I mean is the redundant buttons that could be consolidated into a single context sensitive button, like how they are in PVP. Basically I just feel it a bit dumb to have to need two slots for Dreadwrym Trance & Death Flare and Summon Bahamut & Enkindle Bahamut when in PVP mode I only need one slot for them. I dunno, just bugs me and makes me feel so lost in hot bar setup when trying to accommodate for them.

At the moment, I've worked around the issue by turning L3 into a macro button and having a Sprint macro on it so I sprint with L3 and that freed up up front property to just make a setup that is comfy enough for me to manage. I've been debating on doing something similar to R3 and turning it into Aetherflow, but perhaps you guys can advise me on if that would be a good idea or not.

Anywho, to sum this up, I manage to find my love of Smn again, but just annoyed at the redundancy of some buttons and just wish the function of those buttons that exists in PVP was also applied to them for PVE.
