    Don't sure. DRG is same MNK/SAM's or tank's jewels....

    I'm assuming the OP is referring to materia. In that case then yes they use the same materia a samurai does.

    Skillspeed is mostly useless unless you want to squeeze in a GCD here and there. You want to have an ideal GCD of 2.44-2.47, anything else is overkill.
