    Sadly, yet another thing we have to sacrifice DPS to do.

    Also it feels tacky as hell to give DRK a party shield immediately after they gave WAR a party shield to match PLD's party shield. We need utility, I guess I'd just prefer something different.

    If they are going to give us raid mitigation, it really has to be something in a similar vein of HW Reprisal because if they give us yet another party shield on top of WAR's and PLD's that's practically tank LB1 territory altogether which seems like a really poor decision for SE to make.
