[Request] ARR Hunt Adjustments

People barely show up for any of the hunts as is. Increasing their difficulty is making it unnecessarily hard on the people who bother to hunt them down. The only useful change would be increasing their spawn timers.

I also play on Diabolos, your first statement is false, S ranks always get swarmed.
