These days, literally anyone can go out and solo the ARR a ranks these days without breaking

You seem to contradict yourself here.

I don't really see an issue with older hunts. If you want to kill them, go out and hunt them. They're usually not always hunted down as fast as newer ones so it shouldn't be much of an issue.
