Level boost fail

Ishgard is locked behind the Mainstoryquests, not just your level.
The levelboost does only what it says, boosts your level and gives you a bit of equipment.

You need the Storyboost "A Realm Reborn" or "Heavensward" to skip the part mentioned in the titel and get direct access to the corresponding areas.
