With a current level 56 Miner, when I go to gather something, say copper ore, it should have a better than 15% chance for HQ. Doesn't have to be a monumental increase per level, maybe something like 5% for every 20ish levels.
1. For FC yeah maybe or a menu for a real FC search with different filters could be a nice QOL.
2. I agree with you but we have abilities to remedy this, though not ideal having to spend 300 GP to boost it to 40 or whatever %
