Idea: Add summmoner primals as skills

Dunno, I feel xi did summoner well, each primal is summoned for a special attack and that's it. There is no need to balance the 3 pet roles because there are none.

This is how SMN should have always worked in FF14 as well. Unfortunately our devs are horrible at recognizing their design mistakes and correcting them.
