What's the Creepiest Thing You've Experienced In-Game?

My creepiest experience happened just a little while ago when the All Saint's Wake event started. Went to the place to start it and was met with countless whispers and normal chat from furries trying to roleplay and "yiff" with people. Needless to say I had to completely turn off chat, rush through the event and got the hell out of there. I won't even go back to run the haunted house to earn the cookies for the rewards.

As soon as I saw the reward gear for the event I pretty much decided not to even bother with it. Mostly because I knew something like that would probably happen.

Also apparently if a PLD uses cover when Shinryu is dropping to knock you to the other platform... The pld will go flying into outerspace and die (he goes flying twice as far) while the person he covered sits on the platform with shinryu during add phase... That was creepy.

One day four Elezen ladies walked up in the market in Limsa Lominsa and started cheering at people. I’m not entirely sure what happened to them but I haven’t seen them since that day

Joined a PvP match and my entire alliance as well as the other two alliances were wearing pumpkin heads about a month or so ago. Asked them about it and was told to "shut up and do the laps". Had no idea what they were talking about, but they ended up being one of the best teams I've ever played with. So thank you mysterious pumpkin alliance for the easy win lol...

creepiest thing that happened to me was I was playing with gpose, and I made a interesting comment about my character. Then she slowly turned and faced the camera..

The creepiest thing that ever happened to me? I was minding my own business at the edge of Bronze Lake back when I was Level 50 when a giant tonberry spawned right next to me and stabbed me in the back. Dead. Then the crowd came and destroyed it. I know it's Marberry the A Rank of Upper La Noscea now, but it scared the bones out of my body when it happened.

Had something similar happen while I was mining in Bluefog. A huge black and red tentacled *thing* appeared directly in front of me. Luckily it spawned facing away so I was able to stealth and get away.

A few weeks ago I was AFK at the Gold Saucer and I came back to find that a random female Lalafell I don't know had smacked my character's butt. I was a little disturbed by it.
