do you craft at all? I'm just leveling my crafts to 70 and between leves and collectibles you need a buttload of mats. More so if you farm it yourself, and make mats from the ground up. Most 60-70 crafts requires 3-5 material. Look up food crafting, and alchemy.

I suppose if you just collect the days turn-ins and just enough for leves and collectibles, you only need 2. You'd spend a lot of time gathering though.
